Cancellation, Transfers & Credits 

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the course has not already started.

After the 14-day cooling-off period:

• More than 6 weeks before the course start date
  You may transfer your place to another course/date (subject to availability) or request a course credit for the full amount paid. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original course start date. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.

• Between 6 weeks and 14 days before the course start date
  You may request a course credit for the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the original course start date. Transfers to alternative dates are subject to availability. No refunds are available in this period.

• Less than 14 days before the course start date
  We are unable to offer refunds. At our discretion, we may issue a 50% course credit if your place can be filled from a waiting list. Otherwise, no credit or transfer is available.

• Substitutions
  You may send someone else in your place at no extra cost. Please notify us in advance with their details.

• If we cancel a course
  You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or receive a full credit.

• We reserve the right to cancel any course, and are likely to do so where there are fewer than 4 bookings.
