Inspiration for this workshop came from two recent dreams of springs and trees.
On this course we'll work with inner and outer manifestations of the springing nature of water, inspiration, insight, and dreams. We will look at where they spring and the significance of that.
We'll explore the land here at Higher Spargo Farm, tuning into the natural springs and watercourses as they travel over and through this land. We will sit quietly and listen; writing and drawing any messages which come.
The symbolism and mythology of trees and springs will be explored, and this will be linked to our bodies and where we feel springs in ourselves.
You will learn how to safely make a shamanic journey with and how to draw in sensitive and exploratory ways.
A library of resources and materials will be provided; however you'll need to bring your own note/drawing book (and favourite materials if you wish).
This course is suitable for those who wish to explore inner and outer worlds in their practice; and to expand their thinking about inter-connectedness.
Further details will be supplied when you book.
There is an additional charge of £15pp/d for a communal lunch.
